As a high school and college athlete (just saying that makes me feel old rn), I finally started running again consistently during the COVID shutdown. I’m now a 53 year old male runner, and any runs 10k and over, I’m either replacing energy gels, 21K 13.1 around mile 6, with Rone or as a pre-workout. I’m no expert, or even advanced runner, but I like to think for me, today is the best shape I’ll ever be again. I’m not likely to get faster with age catching up to me but I’m still pushing. 21K for me. Average miles right now is around 30miles per week. I don’t use Rone on the short miles but any time I’m going long or know I’ll need to refuel, I bring one pack. Anytime I fuel with Rone, there is zero energy loss, there’s no wall, and I don’t think “I’m done”; I just keep going and going. And the 200mg as a preworkout maintains energy, and no caffeine crash, it lasts. *4.9 out of 5, only because I’m not a fan of the raspberry vanilla flavor.

Used a combination of Rone+ Raspberry Vanilla and the caffeinated plain honey flavor to stay fueled at the Colorado Spartan Ultra. No stomach issues, and had sustained energy for the entire race. Customer service is amazing, was a mix-up on order and was shipped the plain caffeinated instead of the Raspberry Vanilla, contacted support and they had a replacement order shipped that day.

Worked well for my volleyball team Lake Tahoe Volleyball Academy. We have been using your product for 5 months.
