As a high school and college athlete (just saying that makes me feel old rn), I finally started running again consistently during the COVID shutdown. I’m now a 53 year old male runner, and any runs 10k and over, I’m either replacing energy gels, 21K 13.1 around mile 6, with Rone or as a pre-workout. I’m no expert, or even advanced runner, but I like to think for me, today is the best shape I’ll ever be again. I’m not likely to get faster with age catching up to me but I’m still pushing. 21K for me. Average miles right now is around 30miles per week. I don’t use Rone on the short miles but any time I’m going long or know I’ll need to refuel, I bring one pack. Anytime I fuel with Rone, there is zero energy loss, there’s no wall, and I don’t think “I’m done”; I just keep going and going. And the 200mg as a preworkout maintains energy, and no caffeine crash, it lasts. *4.9 out of 5, only because I’m not a fan of the raspberry vanilla flavor.

Used a combination of Rone+ Raspberry Vanilla and the caffeinated plain honey flavor to stay fueled at the Colorado Spartan Ultra. No stomach issues, and had sustained energy for the entire race. Customer service is amazing, was a mix-up on order and was shipped the plain caffeinated instead of the Raspberry Vanilla, contacted support and they had a replacement order shipped that day.

Unbelievable addition to my morning routine. Made the switch from traditional preworkout as I was looking for something clean, effective, and without the crash. Raspberry vanilla is my personal favorite, but have had the classic caffeinated and can say it’s just as solid. Look forward to being a continued customer for a long time!
Admittedly, I was skeptical. That changed with my first packet used for my preworkout before my weightlifting session. Even my personal trainer noticed! I was on fire, in a great way. I'm always a little skeptical about a new flavor, but Rone got it right! The raspberry/vanilla had such a sweet yet natural blend. It tasted like I just ate a handful of raspberries with a vanilla flare. And the energy came within minutes of consumption. I was really dragging in the afternoon, however, one serving of Rone got me through 3 hours of Pickleball in the Southwest heat. The I had no jitters or crash, just an even flow of energy and focus. I tried it before with the sampler pack at 100mg with the lions mushroom, I think I’d give those a 5, but the raspberry vanilla doesn’t have the lion 🦁, little different still great though

Like the product overall but the bag of raspberry vanilla had several packets that blew out the side and left a huge mess in the bag and all over the other packets. Roughly 3 packets were either not sealed correctly or “popped”.

The product was so awesome when it came out. The texture the taste was amazing. This last batch is horrible. The taste is off the texture is oily. And to make matters worse, there were six pouches that were all open at the seam. I paid a lot of money for this stuff because it helps me so much. But this might be my last order because of these issues. Please get it right or you’ll lose me. They are alternative honey products out there that I may try.
I’m so disappointed with the product that i totally love and rely upon for my morning boost. From a solid great tasting product to a liquid gelatin that tastes horrible. I won’t by buying this product again. Hopefully one day you will change the formula back.
