As you can see in the video I submitted, it looks like straight honey. All previous orders I have received were great with the consistency as advertised. This batch (two bags) do not look the same, or taste the same as previous orders. I sent an e-mail regarding this, and was told it would take a couple of weeks to crystallize and become thicker.
