FAQS

Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order arrive?

Our team will pack your order 2-3 days after the order is placed.

From there, you'll receive a link with tracking information from USPS.

USPS typically takes around 4 days to deliver the package to your destination.

Why is our honey crystallized?

Our honey crystallizes because it’s raw and unpasteurized, which keeps all the natural nutrients and enzymes intact for maximum health benefits.

Pasteurizing (heating it up) to keep it liquid removes these nutrients, so crystallization is a sign of pure, healthier honey!

If you prefer a more liquid texture, you can massage your packet or run it under warm water.

Whats the benefit of raw honey?

Raw honey is full of natural nutrients, enzymes, and antioxidants that are often removed when honey is processed or pasteurized.

These benefits can support your energy, digestion, and immune system, making raw honey a healthier and more natural choice.

Is your honey organic?

In the US, honey labeled as organic must meet the USDA’s organic certification standards.

This designation is complicated because bees collect nectar from a 2-5 mile radius of their hives, so the flowers and plants must all be certified free of herbicides and pesticides.

So, achieving and verifying true organic status is challenging for any US honey producers due to the wide range of factors affecting bee foraging and hive management.

Is your honey glyphosate-free?

Yes, our honey is glyphosate-free, meaning it doesn’t contain residues of the harmful herbicide often used in agriculture.

This ensures our honey is clean, pure, and safe for you to enjoy without unwanted chemicals.

Where are your products made?

We proudly manufacturer Rone products in an FDA regulated facility outside of Denver, CO.

Our facility is cGMP certified, passing the standard for good manufacturing processes in the US.

Do you offer wholesale / bulk orders?

At this moment, we don't have a wholesale program set up.

However, you can email us using the Contact Us page, and explain what you are looking for.
