Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love our product — but if you don’t, we’ve got you covered!


 

Refunds

You can request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date if you're not satisfied with your order.

Fees:

  • A handling fee equal to 100% of the shipping label cost will be applied.

  • If the label cost isn’t available, a flat fee of $5 will apply.

Processing:

  • Refunds are processed 48 hrs after the returned item is shipped.


Exchanges

You can exchange an item for a same priced item within 40 days of the delivery date.

Fees:

  • There are no handling fees for exchanges.

Processing

  • Exchanges are processed 48 hrs after the returned item is shipped


Store Credit

Prefer store credit? You can request it within 40 days of the delivery date.

Fees:

  • There are no handling fees for store credit.

Processing

  • Store credit will be processed and issued immediately after we receive the return request.


How to Start a Return

  1. Pack the item securely (original packaging is preferred).

  2. Attach the return label to the package.

  3. Drop off the package within 10 days of your nearest carrier location.  Refunds and Exchanges will be processed 48 hrs after the returned item/s have shipped.

  4. Store credits will be issued immediately after we receive the return request.
